What is the status of my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track its status.


Can I change my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.


Once your order is in "preparing for shipment," "shipping," or "delivery" status, we cannot accept any changes to your order.



Do you offer a 3 or 4 installment payment option?

We accept payments in 3 installments.


How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you place your order, processing typically takes 1 to 3 days.


How can I track my package?

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track its status.


What if I'm not home?

If you are not home, a redelivery will be attempted the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country .

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:


- The item must have been purchased from our online store.

- The item must not have been used in any way.

- Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?

We accept exchanges, and they follow the same conditions as returns.


To request an exchange, please mention that you would like your item exchanged for another item when you prepare your return with our support.


Are returns free?

To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Address. Once you have received the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.


How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of the package being received at our warehouse.


Once your return is accepted, the refund, exchange or credit will be processed within 14  days of your return being accepted by our services.
